Shipping Methods

We ship WORLWIDE via DHL and Cyprus Post

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating your tracking number.

For orders within Cyprus we use ACS, AKIS EXPRESS and Cyprus Post.

** Europe, non UE countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marina, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Vatican City State.

The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we bear the costs for the shipment from our warehouse to your home, the insurance of the merchant. Product prices include all taxes and duties, as well as Cypriot VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through the contracted courier.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

We process and send orders during our main service hours (Monday-Friday from 10.00 am to 18:00 pm EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours) – in case we don’t make deliveries, we shall announce it on our site.

Customs duties and taxes for the USA

For deliveries to the USA, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded by Ramon Filip in case of a return.

Our made-to-measure philosophy

BRALETTE is an independent Cyprus based brand that offers made to measure women’s apparel.

Being a “made to order” company allows us to offer you the garment of your choice perfectly tailored based on the measurements you provide us with.

When placing an order with BRALETTE, you are asked to provide us with your measurements. We encourage customers to send us as many personal measurements and specifications as possible, for the orders to be made as precisely as possible and ensure a perfect fit.

Returns & exchanges

Based on our made-to-measure philosophy, no return is accepted and no refund is made on any order that we have created based on the measurements you have previously provided us with.

We do not offer an exchange service since we do not have ready-made designs that can be shipped in exchange.

We understand that the colors as they appear on your computer screen may slightly differ from how they are in reality.
